Hello, my name is Chef Devin Davis. I have 20 years of culinary experience, 10 years as a head chef. After graduating culinary school I worked at Radisson Cable Beach Resorts in numerous restaurants learning from top Bahamian chefs. I crossed over to Abaco to challenge my myself and my skills and worked my way up from cook to Sous chef and eventually Head Chef of my first kitchen Curly tails. From there I headed a few established. Man o war marina, Orchid Bay marina, Fusion Superplex (Nassau) Daddy Joes (Eleuthera) La Bougainvillea ( Eleuthera) Cape Eleuthera. I’m passionate about the craft and it shows in the art and the taste I bring fourth in every dish.
