I enjoy creating unique dishes that blend unexpected flavor combinations. In addition, I am experienced in meeting special dietary needs and request including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, low-calorie, low-carb and dairy-free meals. 23 years working experiences of traditional French cuisine as well as Mediterranean, French, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Asian, and Mauritian from various local and international well-reputed establishments such as the Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel, Constance Ephelia Resort, The Grand Mauritian and more.
