I am a happy and gracious man with some very well-honed skills in my kitchen or yours.
I am a professional chef with 15 years of culinary experience. I studied Culinary Management at Niagara College in Toronto, Canada for 2 years. While attending school, I apprenticed at Napoli Restaurant, studying Italian cuisine and perfecting my pizza skills. After school ended, I returned home to Sint Maarten and began working at Shiekas Bistro cooking Caribbean local favorites and vegetarian cuisine. I also cook at Maho Sonesta Resort in the kitchens of two of their fine dining restaurants.
