Originally from Lyon, I am is a highly skilled French Chef, graduating from the esteemed Vatel Hotel & Toursim Business School in France.

I have built up over 20 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry.

My passion for food and commitment to that extra “je ne sais quoi “ has made me a sought-after chef, with a reputation for delivering exceptional cuisine and outstanding service.

Throughout my career, I have received numerous awards and accolades for my culinary creations.

I have gained valuable experience and exposure by working all around Europe, Africa and the planes of Namibia.

My commitment to using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients has earned a reputation for creating dishes that are both visually stunning and delicious.
