Yo tengo 29 años, nací en una familia de chefs, he trabajado en el hotel Hacienda Guachipelin como asistente cuando tenia 20 años y en el hotel Nantipa como chef pastelera, pero la mayor parte de mi vida he trabajado para el restaurante familiar. Estudie gastronomía en la Universidad Latina y tambien en el instituto gastronómico O´sullivan culinary.
