A lover of Life and all the social activities that evolve around it...

I was fortunate enough to grow up within the hospitality industry my family owned a hotel in a seaside resort ion the south coast of England.

My grand parents where of Irish descent so really did give an ultimate hospitality experience. They knew how to have and share the 'Craic' .

I was guided by my grandfather who organized me to get an apprenticeship with England's first Michelin star chef, Richard Shepherd of Langan's fame.

I worked with some of the UK best chefs of my generation to name a few, Marco Pierre White, Anton Mosimann, Stephen Bull, Richard Corrigan, Willi Elsner, Anthony Worrell Thompson and Gordon Ramsey to name a few. So I have over a decade of Michelin * experience and another decade or running high end establishments.

I have traveled extensively and now live in Southern Spain but work in the Gibraltar at the present time.
