I am a professional chef with 8 years of experience in the Culinary world. I studied a bachelor's degree in Ana G Mendez nutrition and culinary arts and a technical course in Escuela Hotelera culinary arts. I also teach international culinary classes and have work in the best hotel in Puerto Rico Ritz Carlton Dorado Beach for 3 years. My passion is to make people smile with a taste of my food and teach people my knowledge of experience in all 8 years.
