I graduated in 2017 and spent a year living in Peru, where I gained inspiration from diverse culinary traditions. My cuisine uniquely combines Japanese, Italian, and French techniques with rich Latin roots. I’ve been a private chef for 3 years, and I especially enjoy cooking fish and seafood. My positive, cheerful personality comes through in every dish I create. For me, cooking is about transmuting food, so I focus on preparing each meal with positive energy, good vibes, and love. I love exploring Asian-Latin flavors with touches of Italian and French technique, crafting dishes that truly tell a story.
