I am a native St Maartener. Studies travel & tourism and marketing in the Netherlands.

Upon returning to St Maarten I managed a family owned local Restaurant. From there I took culinary classes.

We are still proudly running the local Restaurant, However we do some of the islands top Catering’s .

We were the main caterer for the FCCA conference that was last held on the island. We have caterer for Sr Richard Branson on his visit to The Port of St Maarten,.. Our reputation speaks for itself.
