I have been a sushi chef for more than 10 years, being executive chef of the best Japanese restaurants in Barcelona, also creating the Lady Poke brand and designing menus.

At 26 years old, I have a long experience in the sector, since I have dedicated my life to the world of Japanese cuisine, training and informing myself to learn more about its culture and in this way soak my imagination even more and be able to carry out the style that I have today, Japanese fusion cuisine.
