I am passionate about cooking and mixology and cocktails. My mission is to improve this department and tourism sector through this in my country.
I am personal bartender who has chef license and love to cook for my family. I did work as a private chef for a family for some time, but I am more interested to teach people mixology high trends, how to make cocktail bar worthy cocktails at home. I have 10years hospitality and 5* hotels experience in Estonia and abroad, London and Ibiza.
Today I offer more cocktail workshops and bar catering for small groups of people, as I do take quality of drinks very seriously. I teach how to drink fancy and more healthy cocktails at home, made only from handmade syrups, fresh juices, how to make infusions for beverages.
Teaching how to order cocktails at the bar and just in general giving the knowledge how to drink good and what to drink when it comes to alcoholic drinks and mocktails- the non alcoholic ones.

It is still possible to order me as a private chef too, but the food is more casual that I would like to cook.
I started helping out families that didn’t have time to make their family dinner gatherings and food prep for the week. Some of the examples that I made: curries, pastas, fish -fresh and owen (cheviche, tartar, topped up fish fillets), a lot of snack plates where the star was guacamole and baked pears with cheese. A lot of soups- pumpkin & bacon, leek & potato, creamy salmon soup. Taco tables. Soup tables with garnishes and toppings on a side. These are just some of the examples.
Cooking and mixology has become such a huge part of my life as I love seeing people happy and good food and beautiful and delicious drinks is one of the ways to do it!
