I’m a chef who cooks with intention, driven by curiosity, creativity, and a deep love for local ingredients.
Hi, I’m Chef Brian Rodríguez. I’ve been working professionally in the culinary world since 2012, and my journey has taken me through some of Puerto Rico’s most respected kitchens—including Santaella in Santurce, Marmalade in Old San Juan, and Vianda. These experiences shaped my style, and today, I bring that knowledge to the table as a private chef based in Dorado, while also hosting private dinners and collaborating on pop-ups and kitchen takeovers with fellow chefs across the island.
My cooking is rooted in fresh, seasonal ingredients. I love using traditional French techniques, blending them with global influences, and always adding a vibrant Caribbean touch. I see food as a kind of alchemy—transforming the simplest ingredients into something exciting, flavorful, and unexpected.
I’d describe my style in the kitchen as fluid, sensitive, and always evolving. Whether I’m preparing a quiet dinner for two or leading a full pop-up experience, my goal is to create something memorable—not just a meal, but a moment.
