As a chef,I am passionate about creating more of African cuisine, with years of experience in the hot corner department.
Am a professional chef having experience with mainly African cuisine. Having experience from various Hotels in Kenya;Bomas Hotel,Royal tulip,Kivi milimani ,wapek delicacies and so many in that bracket list of experience.
I have a technique allowing me to
bring a diverse range of taste and flavor that asks for more and in demand.
I went to Beam international college where I took my diploma in food and beverage production . I thrive in fast -paced environment, always in a good position in problem solving to staff in order to deliver the best of the African cuisine.
Finally as a good chef, my flexibility and dedication to learn and grow ,is based on my willingness to know more of other cuisines so as to stay updated in new culinary developments.
