I am originally Canadian and have lived in Turks and Caicos for 35 years. I learned to cook at my mother's side. Traveling broadened my repertoire greatly. I later attended the CIA Pro Chef Program in Hyde Park NY. I've worked in the industry for 20 years and have now found my niche as a private chef in Seasalt. I've traveled extensively and been inspired by the many cuisines I encountered, and love creating healthy, delicious and beautiful meals for my clients.
