I have been cooking professionally in commercial and private settings for the last 10 years. Over time, I have cultivated my profound love for Japanese/Asiatic cuisine and culture. My passion for food has brought me to the Côte d'Azur, where I have lived for the past two years. Along with my partner Charles, I run Sushi Honey, a sushi catering service and my separate catering service (based in Monaco). I speak English and I am learning French.
