I am Barbara, a professional chef in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I fell in love with food as a child growing up in Queens, NY. I have had the immense privilege of working with some of the greatest chefs in NY, New Orleans, and Puerto Rico. I have a deep understanding of a variety of cuisines and a wide knowledge of ingredients and spices. I have experience in catering small and massive events, pop ups, dinner parties, personal chef, and running restaurant kitchens. I absolutely love food.
