I am passionate about cooking, and I make sure to give my best for everyone enjoying my food.
I am an experienced chef and have worked for several hotels, café, bistrot and restaurants, now I’m a private chef. My Facebook and Instagram page are Atypik café by korek sa.
With over ten years of experience working in professional kitchens, I am an adept at all aspects of food preparations and cooking. At korek sa excelled at preparing the following dishes: Salads from a variety of countries, Terrine, Foie gras , Sandwich, Pasta, homemade and professional Pizza, Soba noodles, Sushi, Ramen to name a few of my repertoire which is wide-ranging.
I have been passionate about food and cooking my whole life. I read news on cooking technics and experiment new dishes in my spare time. I love the satisfaction of creating something fresh, exciting and delicious.
I am graduated from Sir Gaetan Duval Ecole Hoteliere in NC4 food production and from Beachcomber training Academy in NC3 Food production.
I am a diligent and motivated team player. I am very meticulous on food savour and presentation; I give my best to offer dishes that are both succulent and visually aesthetic.
