For the past 10+ years I’ve worked in the Hospitality Industry, I worked on cruise ships, in hotels, in restaurants and in villas.
I’ve always considered myself to be very artistic, detailed and a foodie at heart. My love for food runs back to childhood. In my opinion food is meant to be experienced and as a professional chef. That’s truly my mission.
