Jamaican born Chef specializing in International Cuisine flavored and infused with the Jamaican Caribbean natural herbs and spices.
He learned to cook the best Jamaican internationally Known Dishes from his Grand Mother. Mother and Father from a tender age bearly passing knee-high catering for a large family and sometimes for friends of the family while being supervised. Andrew went to high school where he studied Maths, English, Food, and Nutrition.
Now! Andrew is a Professionally trained Certified Chef with experiences of over 20 years in the Hospitality, Hotel, and Restaurant industry. He was trained professionally by Executive Chef Mark Scott( a Michelin star Local Canadian trained Chef) at the premiere Hotel training Culinary World renown Vocational School in Jamaica " H.E.A.R.T" Runaway Bay St. Anns. Andrew later received additional training and guidance from the 5-star award-winning French Chef Pierre Battagiere at San Souci Couples Hotel and Spa in St. Mary where he worked. He later worked internationally while traveling and locally in 5-star restaurants. Andrew worked as a Sous Chef, Gardemajor, Pastry Chef, and an Executive Chef while guiding and Training a large Staff and now his focus is being a personal Chef working at the TAKEACHEF company.
