I am a professional chef with 7 years of experience. My passion for cooking truly blossomed while I was a student it Architecture school. Amidst my studies, I found myself drawn to the kitchen, where I often cooked for friends and organized gatherings, transforming our shared spaces into vibrant culinary experiences. It was during this time that I realized my true calling lay not in architectural design, but in the culinary arts. Later working in various restaurants to refine my skills such as a Michelin star restaurant in Madrid El Invernadero, and also cooking in various events and restaurants doing custom menus every time. Specialized in vegan and vegetarian cuisine.
I am excited to continue my culinary journey, sharing my passion and creativity with others, and constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the kitchen.
