I am a creative, enthusiastic, hardworking chef with a passion for food and lots of experience working in busy restaurants. I have always known that being in a kitchen, preparing amazing food for others, is where I want to be. After completing my studies in Jamaica, I worked in the Hospitality Industry at Sandals Ocho Rios and the Jamaica Defense Force to gain experience. Than I migrated to Turks and Caicos Islands, where I was employed at a number of restaurants over the past Ten years including Regent Palms , Amanyara Resort Sailing Paradise and InterHealth Canada

Chef Andre is the best. Food was delicious and the presentation is excellent.

Chef Andre was an absolute dream to work with! Every course from appetizer to dessert was perfectly plated and so tasty! His grouper with vermouth cream sauce was out of this world. He did two dinners and two lunches for us and everything was very flavorful and fresh. He had a helper for dinner to serve and help with clearing, etc. the kitchen was spotless when he left. He was incredibly responsive when doing the menu planning and very open to our preferences. We would hire him again in a second!
