For the past year I have worked on Yachts as "Sole Chef" preparing meals for both guests and crew, tailored to their liking. I have developed extensive knowledge of multiple global cuisines including from-scratch, farm to table, and ocean to table cuisine. My specialties consist of pastry, breads, various diets and special dietary restrictions including keto and paleo.
