Chef AJW, also known as Allison Jennifer Williams, was born on the Caribbean Island of Antigua, in a family that has an undeniable passion for food, cooking the traditional Caribbean way. Chef AJW expressed her interest in baking from the early age of 9 years old, when she baked her very first pound cake for her mother’s birthday. After moving to the island of St. Maarten and started competing in the fitness and bodybuilding industry on a Professional Level in the early 2000’s, Chef AJW, saw the need to create healthy and delicious meals. It was then she started experimenting with a wide variety of ingredients converting all her Caribbean Favorites into Healthy and Delicious Dishes. Allison is currently a Freelance Yacht Chef and Private Villa Chef on St. Maarten.
