I've worked as a chef my whole life, starting as a dishwasher and working my way up. I have my associates degree in restaraunt management and am happy to provide extensive references.
I have experience from food carts to fine dining and everything In between. I go out of my way to use only locally sourced food and and very experienced in cooking kosher, halal, & low-sodium/sugar meals
