My cuisine is based on italian style, but with influences of flavors from all over the world.
I studied for five years in a culinary specialization institute in italy from 2015 to 2019. During this period of studies i worked in several restaurants. i had the opportunity to do internships in high level restaurants in Italy and Europe. After finishing my studies i worked for a year in a high level restaurant in northern Italy. I then started a course of studies at university changing work sector, but cooking remains my greatest passion.
