With over 12 years of experience, I’m a fiery Latina chef who brings vibrant, authentic flavors with a fresh twist to every dish.
I started my journey in vibrant vegan and vegetarian restaurants and in kitchens where I explored the incredible flavors and textures of plant-based ingredients and quickly fell in love with the creativity that comes from cooking without animal products.
As my career progressed, I shifted my focus to allergen-friendly kitchens, where I crafted dishes that catered to diverse dietary needs. This experience deepened my understanding of ingredients and inspired me to create meals that are not only delicious but also accessible for everyone.
2 years ago, I moved to Vieques Puerto Rico as head chef at a vegan Ayurvedic hotel. This combined my love for plant-based cuisine with the principles of Ayurveda, an ancient holistic healing system, crafting dishes that nourish the body and soul. I believe that food should be a harmonious blend of flavor, health, and mindfulness, and I strive to bring this philosophy to every plate I serve.
Now I cook all kinds of cuisine, vegan and non-vegan, keto, paleo, Ayurvedic and international cuisines.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me exploring the lush landscapes of Puerto Rico, gathering inspiration from nature, or experimenting with new recipes that celebrate the rich tapestry of global cuisines. I’m excited to continue sharing my culinary journey and creating memorable dining experiences.
