Graduated from Institute Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, I have worked in several Michelin Star restaurants, love to travel all over and learn about new ingredients and flavors. my team and I have catered many celebrities, presidents, ( Kim kardashian, Justin Beiber, Kanye West, The Clintons., amongst many others.. ) . Passionate about local flavors, bringing the best products to the table and being able to offer a memorable culinary experience.
