Chef with 14 years of experice originally from the City of Guadalajara, Jalisco, forged in the coastal town of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, where he began his culinary career, emigrating to this place from the age of 15 where he begins his semblance, mainly in restaurants in Mexican haute cuisine, acquiring knowledge and bases of traditional Mexican cuisine and haute cuisine, continuing with the trajectory and interest in this profession, he entered the Technological Institute of Higher Studies in Los Cabos, where he completed his Bachelor of Gastronomy. Being a brilliant, talented and self-motivated cook, with a mission to impress customers with culinary delights and a vision to bring high the flavor of spontaneous and Mexican cuisine.
