Private Chef In OdenseZhara Mian, The Transient Chef; is an internationally recognized, personal chef who has spent over 18 years honing her craft in the art of fine dining and tasting experiences. She began The Transient Chef with the vision of bringing transcending, yet affordable menus to clients around the globe. Her passion for reimagining culinary classics into creative fusions matches her drive to bring a truly personalized dining experience to clients and corporations alike; wherever they are in the world.
From her roots at a small bakery in her Canadian hometown, she has expanded her culinary horizons globally as a private chef. Having worked and studied across North America, Europe, South America and Asia. She holds two certificates degrees in molecular and gastronomic sciences from Harvard and is a regional finalist for the upcoming Hawksworth Young Chef Scholarship Award; as well as having represented Denmark at the 5th World Tapas Championship - Zhara is well equipped to handle whatever your culinary needs are.
With operational bases in Canada, Denmark, Belgium and the UK her food services are available worldwide and she stands ready to bring her international culinary acumen anywhere her clients wish to "Eat well".
