Food lover and passionate about cooking since I was a child. Being Italian and growing up in Italy and its culinary traditions strongly influenced my passion for cooking which turned eventually into successfully attending Chef Gualtiero Marchesi's ALMA cooking school.

With ten years of experience in the restaurant industry, I have worked in various restaurants both in Italy and in Denmark.

The menu I want to propose contains all my past experiences, with my personal vision. I have a keen eye for using seasonal ingredients.

Being a personal chef is my second job. For this reason, in order to prepare for a dinner, I will need at least a week's notice (from the request to the dinner).

Chef Giulia was absolutely amazing. She created such a nice atmosphere while still being discreet and professional. Her food was exceptional, such an attentive to detail. The composition, flavour and textures of each individual dish was extraordinary and the menu worked perfectly as a whole. We will definitely book her again!
