For as long as I can remember, cooking has always been a passion of mine. One of my earliest memories in the kitchen was sneaking out of my house to go to the nearby store across the street to cook breakfast for my family. I was about 5 at the time. Although I was scolded for sneaking out, that never stopped me from my passion for cooking. Becoming a chef was a choice that came naturally to me, and seeing people enjoy a meal I prepared from scratch still brings joy to my heart today.

Ashley is a very nice person, it was a pleasure to cook with her and taste her "fusion" food.

Ashley cooked the most amazing feast for our family! We had such a delightful time enjoying getting to know Ashley, as well as getting a few cooking tips. The menu Ashley created was thoughtful and delicious, and accommodated our food allergies which was no small feat. A fantastic experience that we’d highly recommend to anyone, especially for those of us who need to stay at home in the evening due to little ones.

We highly recommend! We had Chef Ashley for 5 nights when we stayed in Copenhagen and each meal was better than the next. She’s so nice and very accommodating. We will be using her again for our next trip.

Tomi was amazing! His presentation, preparation and explanation of the food as well as dessert was of the highest professional caliber. His passion for food and people was evident in his work that we devoured. Highly recommended and would book with him again.
