For as long as I can remember, cooking has always been a passion of mine. One of my earliest memories in the kitchen was sneaking out of my house to go to the nearby store across the street to cook breakfast for my family. I was about 5 at the time. Although I was scolded for sneaking out, that never stopped me from my passion for cooking. Becoming a chef was a choice that came naturally to me, and seeing people enjoy a meal I prepared from scratch still brings joy to my heart today.
