Es war ein absolutes Highlight. Wir hatten ein romanisches Essen zu zweit. Der Anlass war der Geburtstag von meinem Schatz. Einen Tag vor dem Anlass hab ich die Privat Chef Seite gefunden und zum glück war unser Spitzen Koch so spontan. Teodoro ist ein absoluter Profi und hat diesen Anlass perfekt gemacht. Die Buchung ist mega unkompliziert. Alles wird gebracht, sogar der Tisch wird gedeckt. Man wird absolut top bewirtet und am Schluss ist die Küche perfekt aufgeräumt. Absolut empfehlenswert! Fabulous experience! We were an extended family group of 8 that included "Grandma", little ones aged 11, 8, and 3 1/2, and young adults. Our chef was incredibly attentive, personable, and professional. The outside table setting was lovely, and the presentation beautiful. All of the dishes were delicious, and the explanation regarding the locally sourced ingredients made them even more special. The array of appetizers (woodfired toasted traditional italian bruschetta, pastry puffed bites with anchovies cream and tomato, crostini with creamy cheese with chives and local soppressa, and charcuterie board ) got the meal off to a spectacular start! Next was handmade fresh spinach ravioli stuffed with pumpkin and sheep's ricotta in butter and sage. Very tasty! Our main was salmon (perfectly roasted!), and we somehow managed to find room for dessert--"grandma's cake", a traditional family recipe of the chef. Pacing of the meal was at our leisure. Cleanup was thorough and immaculate. The chef's meal was truly a highlight of our stay in Italy. Would highly recommend without hesitation!
