We absolutely recommend Chef Vincent Vervisch. He was very understanding to work with, he gave great menu ideas and was very flexible putting the menu together. We had a couple people who had food restrictions and the food he made for them was equal to the food he made for everyone else. The service was incredible, each dish had so much care. He and his sous chef/assistant brought everything they needed and left the kitchen cleaner than they found it. The food was restaurant quality, and it was such a treat to have him. We were a big group with lots of children and the dinner could not have gone smoother from our perspective. I 100% recommend.
