Hey! I'm Sophia, I grew up in NYC and was literally raised in a kitchen. My dad owned 2 restaurants for 15+ years where I learned everything from making tofu from scratch to making the perfect Hainanese chicken rice.
I worked in farm to table restaurants to put myself through university. While I was studying business for my degree, I was also learning about the best ways to use local produce. I also got my mixology certification from Columbia University. Now, I'm an at-home chef most of the time but I'm ready to share my food with the world again.
