I am a professional chef with a love of seasonal produce. I've worked as a private chef for over 5 years, and have had the privilege to cook and host workshops in incredible places such as the revered Villa Lena and as the retreat chef for Kiyumi Retreats since 2022. Though my homebase is in Berlin, I love travelling to work in new places and create menus based off the land. I am also proficient in fish cookery, and have a strong background in kitchen gardens and seasonal menu development with a focus on zero waste.
