My interest in cooking was sparked as a teenager and over the years as I traveled, I learnt about various cuisines and ingredients from around the world.

After introducing myself to various cultures, I fell in love with cooking even more and became obsessed with mastering flavors and balance of textures.

For me cooking is about simplicity, freshness and letting the ingredients speak for themselves.

I specialize in Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Thai/ South east Asian as well. I love to bring my travel discoveries to the table. As much as I love classics,

I also like to introduce people to recipes and techniques that are not commonly seen in restaurants but originate from remote places, native and tribal cultures etc., bringing in my own techniques and methods learnt over time in professional kitchens.

I have curated a number of cooking events in venues and many private locations.

I also offer Wine/ Cocktail pairing for western menus and Sake pairing for Japanese menus.

I also offer cbd infusions in oils that are used to create sauces and dressings in a calculated manner.

We had an amazing evening! Never had so delicious Japanese food. In the end we were not only full but also 'spiced up' - all the dishes had their distinct taste and each of them incredibly good. Also we can really recommend Romi not only because of the delicious meal we had: he's a really nice guy and patiently answered all of our curious questions during the cooking process.
