My name is Rafal. It is just about the time to bring my passion and experience to another level as a private chef and consultant to help you prepare to embark upon a culinary adventure like never before. I have been in the industry for over a decade starting from the basics up to my most current roles as Regional Head Chef or F&B Operations Manager.  I have spent several years in Fine Dining restaurants working with well known chefs as also corporate businesses. I believe that each meal is an emotional experience, sparking sights, smells and sounds from one’s personal memories.
