Cooking is my Passion.
As a brazilian, I was raised among flavours, colors and aromas. And because my family comes from Italy, Every meal was always a celebration.
Even though I started my carreer as a Engineer, I was always somehow conected with Gastronomie. In 2011 I attended a Chef du Cuisine especialization school in Brasil, and in the last year, already in Germany I decided to change my Carreer path and dedicate myself to follow my dream and work only in the Gastronomy Business.
