I am a professionale chef, my name is Mario, i'm 24 years old, i'm from lecce. I studied at classical high school, but immediately after I attended a haute cuisine academy. As soon as I finished my studies I moved to Holland where I worked at the Hotel de l'Europe, my desire to work has always been great and after this experience I moved to Milan and joined the Dolce & Gabbana restaurant. I have always had the pleasure of working with great chefs, in starred restaurants and in fine dining. today more than ever I feel ready and with a great desire to do. Europe is my home, and I want to contribute with my techniques, dishes and Italian culture.
