I'm Portuguese, from "Lisboa" and I'm starting as professional cook, at this moment as chef de partie. After culinary arts school, had an internship in Ritz Lisboa hotel and right after an experience in Stockholm (gastrologik). Finally came to Berlin in 2019 to work on Waldorf Astoria hotel and still around. Love it here.
