I have been cooking since I was a child, for myself and my friends. I cook mainly Italian dishes, traditional Neapolitan dishes and Mediterranean dishes. I can recognize the quality of food and know how to cook all the ingredients at their best. My cuisine includes both first dishes, second dishes of fish and meat, and obviously traditional side dishes such as Parmigiana. But I also prepare fruit salads or traditional desserts such as pastiera and the simple tiramisù.
