I have over 20 years of experience as a chef, have collaborated with many pop kitchen nights, and had a food truck at several weekend markets and festivals including the Karnival der Kulturen. Looking to bring the experimental fusion cuisine to the home. I always cook vegan and holistic, using veggies from local farmer solawis, and my grown greens.
