I’m a Spanish chef passionate about innovation and blending flavors from around the world. Trained at one of the top culinary schools globally (Le Cordon Bleu), I’ve gained over five years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and vegan cuisine. Creative, imaginative, and technically skilled, I love exploring everything from molecular gastronomy to barbecues and paellas, always aiming to surprise and inspire with every dish.
