I began my culinary career in Germany, where I developed a strong foundation in classical techniques and a passion for precision in the kitchen. After several years of honing my skills, I sought new challenges abroad, starting with Switzerland, where I learned the art of meticulous craftsmanship. My journey then took me to London, where I had the privilege of working at The Savoy, one of the world’s most iconic establishments, refining my approach to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Eager to expand my horizons, I moved to Moscow, where I led culinary teams at the prestigious Hotel Baltschug Kempinski, balancing the demands of a fast-paced luxury environment with creative innovation. After several successful years, I transitioned to Dubai to be part of the opening team for the Madinat Jumeirah, an experience that deepened my appreciation for integrating local flavors with global culinary trends. My passion for exploring diverse cultures also brought me to Bahrain and Cairo, where I contributed to the successful launch of the Kempinski Nile Hotel, embracing the vibrant culinary traditions of the Middle East and North Africa.
Throughout my career, I have also worked in Doha, Austria, Cyprus, Seychelles, and back in Germany, with each destination enriching my cooking style and broadening my perspective. Whether developing menus, managing large-scale events, or leading multicultural teams, I have remained committed to excellence, creativity, and the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Now, as the Executive Chef at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof in Frankfurt, I combine my extensive international experience with a deep respect for regional flavors, leading a talented team to craft innovative, world-class dining experiences that celebrate both tradition and modernity.
