I am a self taught cook, with many years of experience. I have always had a passion for food, which started very early in my life. I have travelled the world, looking for bursting flavour's and interesting ingredients to get a deeper understanding of my passion. I started working as a cook at ski resorts many years ago....from there went travelling and found myself even more curious about food. Originally I come from Brazil the Amazon, a place called Belem, I grew up with exotic fruits and ingredients around me and I have created my own style of food. I have also worked as a private cook, for small and large groups for various occasions and I have learned how to turn my hand to anything Vegan, Vegetarian, gluten free, Allergy, and all Dietary requirements.
