Comencé a cocinar desde muy pequeño, interesado en cada aspecto de la cocina .De a poco fui tomando nuevos retos que me permitieron trabajar al lado de Chefs de renombre mundial como Sergi Arola. Mis ganas de aprender me llevaron a trabajar en distintos países adquiriendo diferentes técnicas y recetas.Actualmente busco la creación y fusión como pilares de mis platos donde cada uno de ellos tenga una historia que contar.
