.I have been a professional chef for over 5 years, I’ve worked and collaborated with some of the best chefs in Malta. I own a small restaurant and a cafe in Malta. I have worked also as a private chef on a yacht for several months. As for cooking I love Mediterranean cuisine using fresh vegetables, herbs and proteins that are locally produced. Simple but delicious dishes with a nice presentation packed with flavour vitamins and nutrients.
