We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a remarkable four-course meal prepared and presented by Chef Fabio in the comfort of our home. From start to finish, the evening was a culinary delight that left a lasting impression. Appetizer: The evening began with a beautifully presented appetizer that showcased beet cured salmon and sea bass along with salad combined with squash and feta. The flavors were vibrant and fresh, setting the perfect tone for the meal. Main Course: The main course was nothing short of spectacular. Chef Fabio expertly crafted octopus and prawns along with sea bream combining textures and flavors in a way that truly highlighted their skill. Each bite was a testament to their culinary expertise, leaving us eager for more. Dessert: To conclude the meal, we were treated to a stunning dessert: tiramisu and coconut cream with peaches. It was the perfect sweet ending, beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. Presentation and Service: Throughout the evening, Chef Fabio maintained a warm and engaging presence, seamlessly balancing the art of cooking with the charm of hosting. Chef Fabio was communicative and incredibly helpful in the lead-up to our team event. Thanks to his help and great suggestions, we were able to discuss all the details well in advance. On the day of, he made sure to bring everything that was needed to prepare the dinner and let us look over his shoulder. Fantastic dishes plated with great care, detailed explanations, and wonderful wine pairings. 5/5 experience.

Fabio was very nice and explained everything in detail. All the dishes were carefully selected and prepared in a Mediterranean style with a personal touch. There were many different variations of meat and seafood and salads, which were all very tasty. All the dishes were on point and the service was great. The cleanliness must also be praised, the kitchen was left as it was before. If you want an Culinary experience, Fabio is the right address.
