With over 20 years of culinary experience, I am David Saenger, a professional chef specializing in barbeque and exquisite plating. My journey began in prestigious establishments such as the Ritz Carlton and Marriott Hotels, where I honed my skills in fine dining and hospitality. My career has spanned various roles, from co-owning a gourmet BBQ food truck to leading kitchens in luxury restaurants across Europe. At the moment, I work for Oxymoron in Hackische Höfe in Mitte.
Known for my vibrant and easy-going personality, I bring a sense of fun and creativity to the kitchen. Whether it's a meticulously plated gourmet dish or a hearty barbeque feast, my aim is to create unforgettable dining experiences. Fluent in English and Spanish, with a beginner's grasp of German, I enjoy connecting with clients and tailoring menus to their preferences.
