I learned in an amazing one Michelin Star restaurant in Cork Ireland called Chestnut, learning from an amazing chef like Rob Krawczyk was an amazing journey for me to branch out and allow myself at 20 years old to land my first Head Chef role in Slate kitchen in DUNMANWAY Cork!
